Eastern Point Global, LLC (EPG) operates exclusively outside of the United States (U.S.) and its services are not offered in the U.S. and no U.S. citizen, resident, or entity is eligible to utilize said services nor is any citizen, resident, or entity of St. Kitts or Nevis eligible to utilize said services.
 
EPG offers a variety of escrow, ministerial services, trust administration, and fiduciary services as they apply to the operation of a Nevis International Exempt Trust. EPG only offers fiduciary services in jurisdictions where EPG is authorized to provide such services and then pursuant solely to the terms of the associated governing documents. EPG may act in a ministerial non-fiduciary capacity as an escrow agent when applicable. Fees charged are exclusively for ministerial services, fiduciary services, or system licensing fees to access the technology-based systems.
